Dear Colonial Crossings Owners:
On behalf of the Resort management, we want to thank you for your referrals! Our Resort family grows every day as we welcome more of your friends and family as owners at Colonial Crossings of Williamsburg! We are excited to share the vacation ownership experience with them and continue our commitment to you of providing an exceptional Resort to call home.
The Friends and Family Referral Program is an Incidental Benefit to your time-share estate purchase. Occasionally, we review every aspect of the program Benefits to ensure that you receive the very best in vacation ownership. After much consideration, we have decided that every owner will receive a maintenance fee credit for each purchasing referral. The details of this program are outlined in the Friends and Family Referral Program section below this letter..

Our Friends & Family Referral  Rewards Program is an Incidental Benefit to being an owner. By referring friends, co-workers, family members and neighbors to tour Colonial Crossings, you have the opportunity to receive rewards! We appreciate the opportunity to present the many benefits of vacation ownership vacation to your friends and family so please take a moment to include anyone you think would enjoy our Resort on the form below, and encourage them to come see the many benefits that are now available to you.
Q: What is a referral?
A: A friend, relative, neighbor, or anyone who meets the qualifications and completes a tour of Colonial Crossings.
Q: How do I receive rewards?
A: You may receive rewards in the event that your referral purchases a time-share estate with Colonial Crossings.
There are two types of referrals, "purchasing" and "non-purchasing". A "purchasing referral" is a referral that purchases a time-share estate with Colonial Crossings of Williamsburg. A "non-purchasing referral" is a referral that completes a tour of the Resort but does not purchase a time-share estate.

Q: When do I receive credit for my referrals?
A: You will receive credit upon the confirmation of your referral having purchased and subsequently becoming an owner in good standing with Colonial Crossings. Credit for maintenance dues will be given for the next quarterly billing cycle as applicable. A billing year is determined by the anniversary of your purchase date.
Q: Does my referral tour with my sales representative?
A: Yes. We make every effort to make certain that this takes place.
Q: How do I send more referrals?
A: Referral names may be submitted on the below form. You may also submit them to the Resort address or by calling us toll-free (888) 417-1384.
Q: What is a Preferred Guest Card?
A: Your Preferred Guest cards for friends and family are personal invitations to tour our Resort from you. We are pleased to provide these to you at no charge.
