Phase II is now open! The furniture has been polished, the lights are on and our guests are now enjoying Colonial Williamsburg's newest luxury accommodations. We’ve even included our private label “Colonial Comfort” pillow top mattresses for your comfort! Each of the forty-four units features free wireless internet access, flat screen televisions and DVD players, as well as either a balcony or patio. A new picnic/barbeque area is also ready for your family’s enjoyment.

Phase III is under development, with foundation walls being constructed and storm water management in the process of being installed.

Phase IV design phase is proceeding well and is on schedule for 2009 completion.
