Colonial Crossings Resort, located in Williamsburg Virginia is being developed by Land'or International. Land'or International is a 30+ year resort development company corporately based in Glen Allen, Virginia. The majority and major controlling shareholders of Land'or International are John Holt and Ron Holt, both of whom reside in Virginia.

The resort is postured to captivate a new era of vacationers and those desiring a higher level of vacation ownership. The proposed amenities for the resort include a variety of family entertainment facilities. Proposed are a water park, pools, picnic areas, equestrian center, fishing ponds, walking and riding trails, food services, spas and lounges. All of which will offer a complete ambience of relaxation for resort vacationers. 

Colonial Crossings is affiliated with Interval International, a worldwide exchange company which includes some of the world's premier resort development companies. As an owner of a timeshare interest in Colonial Crossings, you may exchange your vacation week through Interval International to other resorts, subject to confirmation and space availability or exchange internally through Land'or International to other Land'or Resorts (i.e.; Club Land'or on Paradise Island, Bahamas).

The Directors of Colonial Crossing Resort are David Shively, CEO, Ed Hannum, CFO, Frank Eck, Corporate Council, Ron and John Holt. This management team combines many years of experience in the resort development industry. The Directors and managers are active in the day to day operations of the resort.
